2.  Coined by Kurt Lewin in 1944 to describe a process of
investigation and inquiry that occurs as action is taken to
solve a problem.
 A practice of reflective inquiry undertaken with the goal in
improving understanding and practice; “Action” refers to
the change you are trying to implement, and “research”
refers to your improve understanding of the learning
environment.

taken and redefinition
