Josephine is a Sociologist and Researcher with extensive Local Governance experience, which she applies in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), WASH in Schools (WiS), Health, and Education, She has a good understanding of multi-and inter sector dynamics.
