DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are always observed by
the students inside the school campus.
Ensure a smooth traffic flow of students through the hallways, assisting
students with on-time arrival to class and to assigned locations.
Intervene in situations likely to result in disruption or injury and direct
students to refrain from such conduct.
Assist the clinic-in charge for the implementation of the school’s
communication plan.
Perform other duties assigned by the DRRM Team leader.
8. SANITATION/ISOLATION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the school facilities such as but not limited to
classrooms and laboratories, are sanitized regularly by the assigned
personnel.
Ensure a functional and sanitized isolation facility.
Assist the clinic-in charge for the implementation of the school’s
communication plan.
Perform other duties assigned by the DRRM Team leader.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact the Barangay Health Worker (BHW) or City Health Office (CHO)
in the event of a possible suspected cases.
Provide information and updates on referred patient or case.
Post a relevant COVID-19 information materials and/or updates on the
school bulletin or the school’s FB page for students to see.
Assist the clinic-in charge for the implementation of the school’s
communication plan.
Perform other duties assigned by the DRRM Team leader.

1. There will be a weekly meeting with the DRRM Team Leader and all group
leaders to discuss matters concerning the implementation and updates on
each team. Reports of the meeting will be submitted to the principal’s
