2. Initial Reaction
• My initial thoughts to this project was to make a puzzle game but after
doing my experiments I have decided I would prefer to make an endless
runner game.
• I am not too good at drawing in Photoshop and creating pixel art so I think
I will give my game a very simplistic look and take inspiration from existing
products such as Jetpack Joyride.
• I think a strength of mine is music so I will try to make the background
music for my game very appealing and so it words well with the pacing of
the game.

Is there any repetition in the images you have collected?
• All the images I have put into my mood board have a very dark colour
pallet with dark blues and greys.
• All the pictures of aliens in my mood board have this metallic or slimy
look.
• All the images I have taken from films have skin showing on there aliens
which shows they are vulnerable making it more exciting as the
protagonist can kill then.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• I feel I will carry this metallic or slimy colour into the design on my alien as
I really like this look.
