I am the Web Customer Service Representative for Places for People, one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK. In this often varied role, I work closely with the department's Web Developers, and am responsible for requirements gathering, user-acceptance testing, technical testing and customer communication during the build and release of websites and systems. Our most exciting work to date has been the creation of the Cirrus Complaints handling system - www.cirruscomplaints.net - which was a real team effort and we found it rewarding to see the service improvements that have been achieved by organisations through their use of Cirrus.
