I lead the Data Privacy Practice at Lorenz International Lawyers in Brussels. We assist companies and public organizations with the development and implementation of privacy compliance solutions. We have specific expertise guiding companies through the preparation and application process for Binding Corporate Rules. I acted previously as in-house legal counsel of the Belgian Data Protection Authority and also advised Data Privacy Authorities in an external counsel capacity.
