SUBSTATIONS, DESIGNING OF WIND MILL TOWER AND
DOING PHYSICAL EXPORTS OF ELECTRICAL OVERHEAD
LINE.
7. We have extensive expierence in the field of Transmission Line
tower, by virtue of this we offer excellent competitive design.
Towers supplied by us are working in vide range of ambient
temperature from -10 C to 50 C. We offer Tower as per the
international standard as desired by our valued customer. To
provide the best available craftmenship, we extensively use CNC
machines for the various operation to churn out the excellent
error free product.
All the material passes through the magnifing eye’s of our well
experienced QC team. Finaly for excelent and long life materials
is hot dip galvanized in the modern plant.

8. 02. SWITCHYARD / SUB-STATION STRUCTURES :
All sub station structures are manufactured from very standard steel
procured from approved and reputed Rolling Mill. These steel section
are artequaleted by our craftman with atmost care and under strict
quality control of our Engineers, having couple of clouble experience.
On demand we also provide pipe type support Structure.
We follow International code to satisfy our customers spread
over the world. All crafted material is than treated for corrosive
protection by Hot dip galvanizing.
We also assist our valued cusotmers by providing the total
solution from designing to execution all under one roof.

03. WIND MILL TOWER STRUCTURES :
We offer custom made towers for wind Electric genrator from
225 KW to 1250 KW. Height of tower varries from 30 mts to
65 mts. Raw material is sourced from international market
and processed to international standards. The finish of the
product is done as per customer specification from Zn
coating, PU plant to hot dip galvanizing.
The only major alternative available to us after the fossile fuel
is Wind Energy. To keep the place with the trend we started
manufacturing of windmill tower since 1994. Till date we have
successfully manfactured more than 4000 nos. of Wind Mill
Towers.
10. 04. CABLE TRAYS :
We offer extensive range of cable trays, which are
manufactured from stainless steel, CRC, HRC Sheet,
Aluminium or FRP. We also offer extensive range of
accessories for the cable tray, such as Elebow, (Left Right, Up
Down) Tee, cross redusers. On demand of customers even
cable tray with covers are offered.
For the protection of these cable trays against corroesion we
offer, painted or Hot dip Galvanized coating, as per demand of
our valued customers.
11. 05. TELECOM TOWERS LATTICE / PIPE:
We offer a very wide range
to telecom tower approved
by SERC. Starting from
Microwave, GSM roof top,
ground Base (upto 90 mts
and Wind speed of 260
KMPH). It is either from
steel angles or pipe or
even combination of both,
as desired by customer.
For the urban locations
specially narrow base towers
are also offered. Final touch
is galvanized and if required
followed by specific paint.
12. 06. RAILWAY ELECTRIFICATION STRUCTURES:
We cater to request of steel substation used for Railway
electrification. They are mainly the column and Beam
manufactured from high quality of steel sourced from the
approved Rolling Mills. The final touch is given by our
expert work force by way of cutting, drilling, welding e tc.
Finally for a better and long life all structures are Hot dip
galvanized for 130 microns.

offer excellent competitive rates of crossarms to our
customers as per their demand.
We have maintained huge range of products like Tie
Brackets, Crossarms for terminal Poles, Cross arms for
intermidiate poles, Crossarms for field Isolator, Crossarms for
Auto recloser etc.. We follow International code to satisfy our
customers spread over the world.
For excellent and long life, the material is Hot Dip
Galvanized or Painted as per the requirement of customer.

The use of renewable energy resources is increasing rapidly to reduce
the dependency on fossil fuels. We offer extensive range of Support
structures for solar panel PV Module systems.
We offer special steel structures for mounting of solar modules from
lattice, pipe ,hollow section, perlins, sigma profiles to meet the specific
requirements of photovoltaic modules procured from world wide.
The final touch is given by our expert work force by way of
cutting, drilling, welding etc.
Finally for a better and long life all structures are Hot dip galvanized
for 86 to 127 microns.

We have extensive expierence in the field of Transmission Line tower, by virtue of this we offer excellent competitive design. Towers supplied by us are working in vide range of temperature from -10 °C to 50 °C ambient temperature. We offer Tower as per the international standard as designed by our valued customer.To provide the best available craftmenship,we extensively use CNC machines for the various operation to churn out the excellent error free product. All the material passes through the magnifing eye’s of our well experienced QC team. Finaly ofexcelent and low life materials is hot dip galvanized in the modern plant.
We offer a very vide range of structure to meet the request of all kind of utility and colection. Our structure are suitable from 11000Volt to 750000 Volt. All station are manufactured from very standard steel procured from approved and reputed Rolling Mill. These steel section are treated by our craftman with almost care and under strict quality control of our Engineers, having couple of clouble experience. On demand we also provide pipe type support Structure
The only alternative available to us after the fossile fuel is Wind Mill. .To keep the place with the trend we started manufacturing of windmill tower since 1994. Till date we have successfully manfactured more than 4000 nos. of Wind mill Towers. We offer custom made towers for wind Electric genrator from 225 KW to 1250 KW. Height of tower various from 30 mts to 65 mts. Raw material is sourced from international market and processed to international standards. The finish of the product is done as per customer specification from Zn coating, PU plant to hot dip galvanizing.
