I inspire women to overcome challenges by finding personal power. As a lady pilot, I have had many awesome moments - but breaking new ground also means throwing up rocks, and tripping over a few. I had to learn for myself how to find my place and how to lead as a woman in a man's world, and how to overcome the challenges and mistakes I made while negotiating the path - and it has relevance for all of us in our changing world.
