pharmaceutical access on some level.

The ACA’s primary duty is to make access to medical needs easier. Thus, more people
are starting to rely on Obamacare, amounting to 32 million people. Manufacturers start to
circle in the growing specialty market, which makes for half of the entire pharmaceutical
pipeline. Of the 27 new drugs approved by the FDA last year, 15 are specialty medications,
statistically showing the increased demand for specialty drugs.
A More Patient-Centered Healthcare
At first glance, specialty pharmacies look like money trains built for profit. The
partnership, however, will focus on total patient service rather than mere providers of
medicine. Furthermore, they will start to fit the medical care suited to the patients’ needs.
The rise of specialty pharmacies is already a subject for students to study at school. As
such, they would learn about a big part of the industry, helping them adjust to the tasks.
While retail pharmacies are still present, specialty providers have a niche customer base that
needs what they offer.

4. On the other hand, specialty pharmacies will have one big advantage: their focus
on better customer care. They have that to work on and in turn, the whole spectrum of
healthcare will work for everyone’s recovery.
