and monitored vehicle maintenance on 30 military vehicles. Trained all new drivers and managed the
driver sustainment training program. Implemented risk reduction practices into every operation; resulting
in the safe operation of more than 1 million combined miles for the section of responsibility. Counseled
and mentored subordinate first line supervisors in the performance of their duties. Routinely conducted
