DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Undertake Research, Consultancy, and Training of private sector companies,
government and local government agencies, and NGOs & INGO’s in the areas
of Human Resources Management and Development.
Duties attended included;
• Lead the consultancy team for the formulation of a Policy for Tertiary
Education in Sri Lanka under the Skills Development Project (ADB funded
project)
• Lead consultant for Competency Profiling of Alpha Orient Lanka Ltd.
(Member of Alpha Group UK)
• Conducted training on Strategic Planning for the entire Colombo Municipal
Council Members including the Mayor and also the officials of the
Colombo Municipal Council.
• Conducted training on Communication for Provincial Councillors of Sri
Lanka (about 100 participants)

Council Officers with respect to proposed Urban Agriculture Project
