• Handling permanent and Contract and C2H positions.

• Tailors and garment shops being the target audience, data was collected through direct interview
method in the areas of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin and Virudhunagar.
• Snow sampling technique was used to collect customer preference for stitching & embroidery threads.
• Weighted mean, Correlation, Frequency analysis were used for the data analysis.
• Results revealed the most preferred brand and length of thread manufactured by the company. It has
also found issues faced by tailors in using certain color thread and type. It is taken positively by
company to improve their quality.
