13. How Our Fellowship Works
1. Trained Executive Coach meets monthly with Fellow
– Determines “road blocks”/key needs for the organization
– Communications with Gratitude team on needs of organization
1. Coach makes introductions as need to experts
– To 2-3 Expert Advisors for each organization
– Experts offer 1-2 sessions with entrepreneur; more if mutual interest
1. Fellows participate in bi-monthly Fellow Peer Calls
– Facilitated by Gratitude staff; unique problem-solving process
