Elements of our Network
• Entrepreneurs/”Fellows” – we select a “cohort” each year
from around the world
• Application process is online, rigorous
• In 2018 we received 720 applications & chose 24
• Coaches – ~25 experienced coaches who volunteer their
time to work with each entrepreneur
• Coaches extremely experienced/veterans
• Specially trained by The Gratitude Network
• Expert Advisors – over 60 experts in every aspect of building
and scaling a social enterprise
• Cover all areas of “scaling up” – product, marketing, legal, etc.
• Meet with entrepreneurs to provide advice, insight and assistance

How Our Fellowship Works
1. Trained Executive Coach meets monthly with Fellow
– Determines “road blocks”/key needs for the organization
– Communications with Gratitude team on needs of organization
1. Coach makes introductions as need to experts
– To 2-3 Expert Advisors for each organization
– Experts offer 1-2 sessions with entrepreneur; more if mutual interest
1. Fellows participate in bi-monthly Fellow Peer Calls
– Facilitated by Gratitude staff; unique problem-solving process
1. Fellows attend annual Leadership Summit (June, Bay Area)
– Learning tracks, deep coaching experience, expert advice;
introductions to potential funders
1. After Year One, former Fellows invited as “Alumni” to
