• Like advertising these are promoted tweets that
advertisers have paid to place in your timeline.
• You can identify them because they have a
promoted label on them.
PROMOTED TWEETS
• Like ads these tweets are targeted based on your
likes, dislikes and recent retweeting/following
history.
• You cannot opt-out of promoted tweets but you can
dismiss ones that you do not like in your feed. You
can do this by hovering over the tweet and a
Dismiss option will appear.
