Context

friends or social circle in Bangalore. Sanjay stays in a small Hotel. Sanjay becomes
sick with high fever, nausea and need medical consultation but is in a difficult
situation to step out and reach to a doctor.
Sanjay thinks about options ---

Here comes Jeevom. Sanjay
looks up in his smartphone
at Jeevom. Jeevom provides
him a listing of good doctors
in his vicinity based on
smartphone location.

Making the choice
Sanjay shortlist few doctors
based on his criteria and
then compare. He sees that
there is one doctor that
offers online consultation
and accepts payment by
Card or “Jeevom Rewards".

Sanjay Pays online through card or
Jeevom-Rewards and then confirm the
appointment. Also he adds his
symptoms, comments and describes his
condition in the patient record

Sanjay contact Doctor for online consultation and get an
immediate confirmation for audio / video consultation
appointment at 8:30 PM (30 mins from now).

notes provided
by Sanjay

Doctor initiates the audio / video session from his smartphone using
Jeevom and Jeevom alerts Sanjay and Patches the call. He provides
consultation and writes an online prescription and release to Sanjay
via Jeevom

Now Sanjay can view the online prescription and laboratory
tests recommended by the doctor. He provides his feedback
and rating to the doc on the Jeevom. According to the
prescription and recommended tests system will generate the
list of nearby Chemists and Pathology Labs
