The way that Canadians eat is changing, and smart foodservice companies are seeking the product and service innovations to stay ahead of this cultural shift. My name is Jeff Salzsauler and I am a change manager with a lifelong passion for food. A specialist in start to finish product development, data analytics, team building, and program implementation with an uncompromising flair for bringing artisanal baking to an industrial scale. A classically trained Pastry Chef in a business suit, and a project manager in an apron. Everything I own is covered in flour, and I want to help change the way that Canada eats.
