Work Objectives
Focusing on Order-to-Ship supply chain business processes, my goal is to provide high quality

Working with GlobalPTM (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Viziya Corp) and KPIT, as the
Inventory and Quality lead consultant, I was responsible for strategic organization structure
design, business process development and validation for the Inventory and Quality applications,
design and testing of 6 significant enhancements, and 5 data conversions for Inventory. These
deliverables enabled the execution of 2 Conference Room Pilots that formed the basis of the
company’s business process model.
MarkWest Energy Partners (Mar 2012 thru June 2013)
Working with GlobalPTM as the Inventory and Procurement lead consultant responsible for
process review, validation, enhancement, documentation, training, delivery, and post-
implementation support for a six site Oracle eAM, Inventory, Procurement, iProcurement, and
Financials deployment campaign. The first site-level solution template was developed and
deployed in 5 months, with subsequent roll-outs at 5 additional sites. A total of six sites were
deployed over a 14 month period.
United States Steel– Corporate Headquarters, Pittsburgh, PA (Aug 2010 thru
Jan 2012)
Worked with GlobalPTM, which was a sub-contractor to Accenture LLC at US Steel, as the
Maintenance Team Test Lead. I was responsible for process development, review, validation,
testing, defect identification, problem analysis, and issue resolution of the Oracle Enterprise
Asset Management (eAM) solution. I was also responsible for developing a robust quality
solution utilizing Oracle’s Quality module. The quality solution used a broad set of Oracle
Quality features to replace US Steels legacy quality applications. Additionally, provided eAM
post-implementation support at the Hamilton, Canada facility.

Project Description
Nucor is a Fortune 500 company with approximately 200 operating facilities, including the wholly owned subsidiaries
of Harris Steel, The David J. Joseph Company, and Skyline Steel. Nucor Steel is one of America’s largest steel
manufacturers, and is America’s largest metals recycler.
The project charter was to develop an Oracle solution template for the SPS Group that includes the Oracle Asset
Management (eAM), Inventory, iProcurement, Quality, Purchasing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Viziya
Mobile applications. The intent was to develop the solution template so that it could be deployed across multiple
SPS sites. Collaborating with KPIT, the lead systems integrator, the initial solution template was developed and
demonstrated in two conference roompilots. The project was put on hold in August of 2015 so that other divisions
could catch up and be brought into the program.

Oracle R12 eAM, Inventory, Procurement Deployment Campaign (March 2012 thru June
2013)
Project Description
MarkWest Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: MWE) is a publicly traded master limited partnership formed in January 2002.
Headquarters are in Denver, CO. The partnership is engaged in the gathering, processing and transportation of
natural gas; the transportation, fractionation, storage and marketing of NGLs; and the gathering and transportation of
crude oil.
The project charter was to develop an Oracle solution template that was to be deployed across multiple sites.
Collaborating with GlobalPTM, the initial solution template was developed and deployed in 5 months. Five additional
sites were deployed over a 10 month time period.
Under corporate sponsorship, the Liberty Division, located primarily in western PA, eastern Ohio, and West Virginia,
engaged with GlobalPTM to implement the Oracle R12 Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), Purchasing, Payables,
Inventory Management, and General Ledger application suite.

Project Description
United States Steel, partnering with Accenture LLC, was engaged in a multi-year, multi-track deployment of an Oracle
R12 enterprise solution. The project charter is to develop track-level Oracle solution templates that can be deployed
across multiple global sites.

Developed test requirements, plans, and scripts to robustly test the Oracle eAM application solution.
Facilitated collaboration between the eAM, Inventory, Procurement, and General Ledger teams

Trinity Industries, Inc., headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a multi-industry company that owns a variety of market-
leading businesses providing products and services to the industrial, energy, transportation, and construction
sectors. The Construction Products Group engaged BearingPoint to assess and enhance their Oracle 11i Purchasing,
Payables, Inventory Management, and General Ledger implementation. The project charter was to resolve issues
associated with procurement, payables, inventory management, month end close, and ledger reconciliation.
BearingPoint was not the initial systems integrator on the project. My teamwas brought in to successfully close
implementation issues.

distribution systems to the 11i.10 version of Oracle’s eBusiness suite.

Project Description
Alcoa is active in all phases of the aluminumindustry. Alcoa is the world’s largest producer of primary aluminum,
fabricated aluminum, and alumina. In 1999 Alcoa selected the Oracle eBusiness suite of applications as the single
global ERP systemfor the company, and BearingPoint as the lead systems integrator. The Enterprise Business
System(EBS) project was budgeted at $890M. The global implementation started in 2000. The deployment lasted
about 7 years.
Roles and Responsibilities as the Project Order-to-Cash lead
Provided lead Supply Chain consulting support at programmanagement office level for approximately 18
months
Lead a teamconsisting of 9 BearingPoint consultants and at least 40 Alcoa subject matter experts from
around the world through the Global Design phase of the Alcoa EBS solution for the Order-to-Ship (OTS)
track. This effort lasted 6 months with a formal report-out delivered to the Alcoa North American CIO

Project Description
MUTEC was a joint venture between Eastman Kodak and Matsushita, but is now wholly owned by Matsushita.
MUTEC produced alkaline batteries for the North American market since 1989.
MUTEC selected the Oracle 11.5.3 application suite as the ERP solution for MUTEC and MBIA-LD. The i2 Factory
Planner application module was selected as the planning solution. Managed an 8 person KPMGConsulting team,
along with a complementary client teamfromeach site, replaced all legacy ERP applications at both MUTEC and
MBIA-LD with the Oracle/i2 solution in 11 months.
At MUTEC the i2Factory Planner solution was instrumental in being able to significantly improve the scheduling of
over 500 products across 5 packaging lines. Additionally, the Oracle ERP systemimplementation produced
significant process improvements in the areas of materials and WIP management and product costing. At MBIA-LD,
scheduling was also significantly improved. There was a significant improvement in on-time deliveries to customers
and improved scheduling at both factories.
Roles and Responsibilities as Project Manager
Lead a teamconsisting of 8 consultants and at least 15 client teammembers that implemented the Oracle / i2
Factory Planner solution at two factories. Delivered the solution on time, on budget, in 11 months

Sony Display Devices, located in Mount Pleasant, PA, manufactured 32” direct view televisions as well as all of the
Sony rear projection televisions sold in the North American, South American, and Asia Pacific. Factory revenue was
over $1B per year.
Sony Display Devices implemented the full suite of Oracle ERP applications, as well as i2 Factory Planner. This
project was completed on time, on budget, and with an immediate improvement in delivery efficiency after go-live.

Developed the procurement solution, which included all configurations, processes, and procedures

Planning and Materials Management Lead
Project Description
XeroxCorporation, with facilities in Webster, NY, implemented the 10.7 version of the Oracle financial and
manufacturing suite of applications. The solution was developed to support the Plastic Components focused
factory, and was deployed throughout the rest of the Webster facility. The solution was replicated at other locations
as part of a global rollout.
Roles and Responsibilities as the Planning and Work in Process Lead
Developed the planning and WIP processes that were deployed by Xerox manufacturing globally. The
processes were built to take advantage of features of the Oracle repetitive manufacturing solution
