Tensions also run high in the Sterling Cooper
Draper Pryce office. Pete is convinced Roger
is out to steal his clients when he crashes a
meeting with Mohawk Airlines, while Peggy
feels let down by Don when he fails to back
her during a pitch to Heinz.

Meanwhile, new mother Joan is craving
the freedom of her old life and job. While
her mother wants her to be content as
a housewife, Joan has her heart set on
returning to work. She doesn’t want to break
her promise to return and insists the agency
needs her – but does it really?

Meanwhile, in the back of a taxi, Lane finds
a wallet and is immediately taken with the
girl in the photo inside. And, at home, Joan’s
mother reveals Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce
intends to replace Joan, offering up a wanted
ad as proof.

Back at the office, Megan rants to Peggy
about the office’s negative culture and, fed
up with work and Don, leaves early. Is Don
set to lose yet another woman in his life? In
contrast, the agency gains lots of interest in
the equal opportunity position advertised.

that Roger will handle the account once
onboard. Plus, Peggy is enlisted to hire
an extra copywriter – a male – with Stan
advising her to hire someone less talented or
risk the new guy becoming her boss.
Episode 4
Mystery Date

A group of nurses in Chicago meet a grisly
end, capturing the attention of the nation
and many in the Sterling Cooper Draper
Pryce office. To Megan’s dismay, Don also
continues to be the centre of attention, this
time with former colleague Andrea. But will
her infatuation end badly for Don?

Meanwhile, Greg is due home from his tour
of duty and brings with him some unsettling
news for Joan and baby Kevin.

At the office, Ginsberg – the new guy – puts
a foot wrong when he eagerly pitches an
idea to Butler Footwear that Don earlier
canned. And Peggy milks Roger for all he’s
worth to work over the weekend on the
Mohawk account, where she discovers Dawn
sleeping on Don’s couch.

and home fronts. While Trudy is at home with
baby Tammy, Pete flirts with teenage Jenny
during Drivers Ed, then enjoys the company
of an escort when out with the agency boys.

A seemingly reformed man, Don dishes up
marital advice to Pete. Resisting the escorts,
Don has family on his mind. After an evening
spent at the Campbell’s, and seeing little
Tammy with her Mum, Don tells Megan he
wants a baby.

Far Away Places

Peggy is left in charge of the Heinz pitch
when Don announces he’s heading off on
an impromptu business trip to an upstate
hotel. But the pitch doesn’t go well – Peggy
openly disagrees with the client after the
presentation.

Taking Megan with him on the jaunt, Don
learns how important Megan’s job is to her
as she frets over abandoning her co-workers
on the Heinz account. Their ‘love leave’ soon
becomes heated as an argument flares up
over dinner. Don storms out, leaving Megan
in the hotel’s car park. But when he calms
down and returns to collect her, she’s gone.

Meanwhile, Roger reluctantly attends a
dinner party with Jane where the hostess
hands out LSD. Back at home and still
high on the drug, the pair admits that their
marriage is over. The next morning, though,
will Jane remember and set Roger free?
Episode 7
At The Codfish Ball

Megan’s parents come to town to attend the
American Cancer Society dinner, which is
set to honour Don for his anti-smoking letter
against Lucky Strike. Emile, Megan’s father,
immediately takes a disliking to Don, while
Marie seems eager for Don’s affections.

Meanwhile, Megan becomes the toast of the
office when she comes up with the winning
pitch for Heinz. Surprisingly, Peggy is excited
for Megan and her first taste of success.
But she’s not so happy after Abe insists on
meeting for dinner at Minetta Tavern – Peggy
thinks he’s about to break up with her. Joan
says he’s going to propose.

And Sally gets to spend more time with Don
after an accident sees Pauline laid up with a
broken ankle. Initially excited about attending
the Ball with her Dad, Sally’s opinion of the
city soon changes…

show up his superior, or will the experienced
ad man prevail? Peggy is unimpressed with
Roger when he gives Ginsberg extra work to
woo Manischewitz wines.

Lane finds himself in hot water when his
attorney in England reveals he owes £2,900
for back taxes. Unable to come up with the
money, he convinces SCDP’s bank manager
to authorise a $50,000 credit extension
and helps himself to company funds.

In the meantime, Jaguar comes calling but
– to Pete’s frustration – Don lacks enthusiasm
over the lucrative account. After Joan receives
news that gets her blood boiling, Don takes
her away from the office and with him for a
test drive. Will their harmless flirting lead to
something else?

And Harry meets Paul Kinsey for coffee at
a Hare Krishna gathering where he meets
the lovely Lakshmi. Having written a script
