waffle fries
 1 lb. ground beef
 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
 ½ teaspoon fresh
ground pepper
 1 teaspoon minced
garlic
 ½ teaspoon onion
powder
 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire
 1 teaspoon oil
 ¼ of a red onion,
sliced
 Sliced American or
Cheddar cheese, cut
into small squares
 Halved cherry tomato
or small slices of reg-
ular tomato

2. Meanwhile, in a bowl
combine the beef,

through and cheese
is melted. Remove to
a plate.
3. To assemble, start
with a waffle fry then
add the lettuce,
tomato, and onion if
desired. Top with
the burger patty and
a final fry A
toothpick through
the center can help
hold everything
together. Serve with
condiments of your
choice for dipping.
 Jurassic World
 Inside Out
 Spy
 Tomorrow Land
 Max
 Terminator: Genesis
 Minions
 Paper Towns
 Fantastic Four

As it warms up, it’s
important to remember that
your kids need to exercise
just as much as you do! Here
are some ideas to get them
off the couch and outside.
Bonus: you’ll be instilling a
love for a healthy, active
lifestyle in your kids AND
spending time with them as
well!
 Swim laps at the pool
 Mom and Dad run,
kids bike
 Backyard soccer or
kickball
 Roller skate in the
neighborhood
 Walk the dog
 Relay races
 Shoot hoops in the
driveway
 Hiking
 Jump rope
 Family bike ride
 Obstacle course in
the backyard
Just pour powder where
there is sand and rub!
 Bring a blow-up kiddie
pool and fill it with
ocean water. The
babies can play in the
water without waves,
sharp shells, or crowds.
It’s beach time! Here are
some handy tips and tricks
to make your beach-going
adventure even more
pleasant:
 Remove sand from your
body with baby powder.
 Wear cheap sunglasses at the beach! If they
fall off in the water or break while building a
sandcastle at least they were $15 and not
$150!
