Strategy #1 - MySBCX
• The Small Business Customer Experience (SBCX) is a Tool to collaborate with
acquisition workforce and industry to meet the goals of the HHS small business
program
• It is an integration of three platforms
1. Small business management system (user profiles, directory)
2. Procurement Forecast Data Repository (PFDR)
3. Small business review system (market research)

• Accessible from an IPad, smartphone, and website
• Be sure to use GOOGLE Chrome

Strategy #1 - MySBCX
• Register and create company profile
• Include NAICS, company names, DUNS, and SB type -8(a), SDB, WOSB,
SDVOSB ANC/Tribal Organizations and HUBZones
• Upload capability statements and marketing data targeting HHS acquisition
community
• Update company contract awards, with direct data pulls from SAM
• Include updated contact information - info@mycompany.com
• Participate in HUBZone Central, includes HUBZone company spotlight, award

Strategy #3 – Learn the acquisition strategy/Be in the right store
• What is the anticipated acquisition strategy?
• What contract vehicles are most widely used by the agency?
• Does it make sense for me to get on these vehicles?
• Should I partner with another Small or Large Business that has
these vehicles?
• FDA - GSA MAS schedules, NASA SEWP
• NIH - CIOSP3, CIO-CS, Internal IDIQs (PICS, NCATS, NIHBPSS,
LTASC)

Responding to Notice & Other Tips
• Unless the notice states otherwise, you must respond to everything
• Do not parrot back the SSN
• Include teaming partners and their experience
• Relevant experience must reflect same size and scope Recommend to include contact
numbers
• Experience – if only as a sub, indicate percentage of work and role on contract
• If language restrictive (appears to exclude SB or written for specific company), contact
the appropriate small business specialist. Identify the restrictive language, why it is
restrictive, and your recommended changes to the language. This helps us fight the
battles for you.
• Adhere to page limit
• There are strength in numbers. Let your competitors know about SSN and recommend
they respond
