Annotation or providing tools to aid annotation is one of my major interests. Currently I am mostly working with data from MS/MS experiments and their mapping to amino acid sequences. In the future I would like to expand this line of research such that the mapping will be to a genomic sequence, if available. Another interest of mine is pattern matching in strings (approximate and/ or multiple).
