Experience
We are looking for an outstanding lawyer (Dutch qualified) with 4 to 6 years of M&A
experience. If you have an excellent academic history and are able to demonstrate a real
desire to develop a career in a broader Corporate practice, then we would be happy to
hear from you.
Candidates should have excellent document drafting skills. You should demonstrate
strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial
awareness. Furthermore you will need to be fluent in English.
