Recruited to help new Maintenance Contracts in 3 states, guiding the startup and management of
a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Worked with senior management to re-
create HR policies and procedures; recruited employees; create group benefit databases; and
helped develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs
and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; administer HR budget; and
handle HR generalist workplace issues, as well as Personnel Requisitions, Training P.O Number
Spread sheets, Physicals, Administer Drug screens (New-Hire/Random), used various sites to
assure that the correct person was being hired for each skill we are requesting with assessment
skills testing and past employment history.
