BIG EXCITING WELCOME This course doesn’t open a door to unknown jobs or ones that you’ve never heard of. This course shows you where the jobs currently are and gives you the tools to find them.
The Hidden Job market are the jobs that are found through networking Most of the jobs are hidden because they are only in the minds of employers, never even advertised In a survey of employers from 2007. 34% were completely hired through a referral. Saves companies time, effort, resources. These jobs don’t even get posted, resumes don’t even get reviewed. Having your name in the head of an employer or on a list of contacts is a great way to stand out from the rest. Even if jobs are posted, the job opening is passed through the organization first. Typically a person is already in line to be hired by the time it is posted.
