Jessika is a lecturer and coordinator in Imagineering at the Academy for Leisure at NHTV. She soon finishes her PhD at the Faculty of Management at Bournemouth University, UK where she conducted her research on the game experiences of tourists with location-based mobile augmented reality games in urban environments. The study investigates how location-based augmented reality games should be designed to support engaging experiences between the tourist and the visited location.
