needs to the workshop participants.

6. Draw Problems , pain points
The first step of the workshop was to spread the firsthand
knowledge about users we harvested from benchmark to the participants
through multiple artifacts.
After sharing the findings and insights, participants were provided with a
Customer Journey tool, for them to capture the pain points users are facing
in their experience.

8. Brainstorm and Ideation
Brainstorming activity to generate ideas based on
the pain points they had collected in the previous
activity.
Take down and read all the post-it notes from your classmates,
discuss them with your teammates to generate new ideas.
10. Ideation Selection
Participants have shared the ideas generated from the
brainstorming activity with their break out group members,
and selected the most interesting ideas from each
worksheet.
