Dear Tim
I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Jody Williams the
Construction Manager of our PH Neutralization System here at The PepsiCo Piscataway plant. I
feel I need to bring to your attention the outstanding job he did leading the various construction
crews during each phase of this project.
Many instances took place that required quick decisions and prior experiences to correct
outstanding issues throughout the project. Jody’s patience and organizational skills came into
play on numerous occasions when design changes or equipment failures where to hinder
project completion.
Jody continually had open lines of communication and worked as the mediator between
Symbiont Inc., Corporate Engineering and the Town of Piscataway. This communication was
one of the keys to getting this project done in a time frame that was not an impact on our
facility.
In the future I would welcome Jody back and would use him for any project taking place in our
facility.
