Having completed an in-depth doctoral study consisting of four case studies to identify what motivated faith based institutions to seek change in the area of diversity. He has an unduplicated passion for seeing and assisting institutions in becoming more inclusive by sharing with them a framework that has proven to guide institutions in making sustainable progress in the area of diversity.
