Current Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 21 cleaners and 3 caretakers, assisting with the setting up of
maintenance works with Sub Contractors, including contractor vetting, Site induction,
Supervision, Placing monthly Cleaning orders and monitoring the cleaning budget.
• Completing on site Quality Inspections and ensuring all associated remedial works are
actioned, Ensuring that the statuary compliance for the site is up to date
• Chairing onsite FM team/Monthly briefings and Providing Weekly updates to the FM
Helpdesk, Following up with contractors regarding any outstanding jobs.
• Supervision of caretaking, and cleaning staff
• Ensuring that all School Functions & Basket of hours functions have sufficient cover,
this will include being available to cover out of hour functions as and when required.
• Performance management, absence management, selection, vetting and development
of staff, ensuring staff are trained to carry out works safely, efficiently and to an
acceptable standard.
• Onsite HR elements for FM team, which includes timesheets, holiday requests, one to
one meetings, recruitment, etc.
• Liaising with the Client representatives and contractors etc. Monitoring performance
and reporting accordingly.
• Produce performance measures to ensure that performance indicators, SLA’s and

• Day to Day Contact with Cleaning Supervisor, Operations Manager, Client
representatives and Helpdesk for managing events and avoiding penalty by completing
tasks or mitigation.
• Assisting the caretaking team in meeting the service requirements of contract when
required to include providing cover for caretakers, assisting in set-ups and directing
traffic for school functions and any other duties deemed necessary.

which includes cleaning duties are prioritized to meet all KPI's and performance
