Current Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 21 cleaners and 3 caretakers, assisting with the setting up of
maintenance works with Sub Contractors, including contractor vetting, Site induction,
Supervision, Placing monthly Cleaning orders and monitoring the cleaning budget.
• Completing on site Quality Inspections and ensuring all associated remedial works are
actioned, Ensuring that the statuary compliance for the site is up to date
