Double the fun today with not one but two finger problems! First we have "Crush" who decided to test the limits of his pain tolerance by smashing his finger on a door. While the X-ray was normal, he does have a subungual hematoma that needs to be relieved. What is mechanical anesthesia? Next we have "Harpo" who somehow developed a fingernail cuticle infection, also known as a paronychia. We treat this surgically with a quick flick of the scalpel and some antibiotics.
