expertoneverysubject,butwell abletosuccessfullylearn,understand,bringsufficientknowledgeto

Energy UtilizationandAuditing: In response tothe worldwideincreasingdemandforenergyresources,
I have intentionallyrefocusedmyprofessional attentiononenergyutilization. Myexperience includes
workwithrefuse derivedfuels, renewable fuel processingimprovement, evaluatingthe practical
industrial use of powerplantsteam;processplant, gasboilerplant,andsmall buildingenergyaudits;

WebConverting,SpecialtyCoatingand Extrusion: The earlypart of mycareer wasdominatedbywork
inthe paperand webconvertingindustries. Myexperience includesarange of specialtycoating
processes(adhesive,release,mineral, hotmelt,extrusion;flexographicandgravure printing) including
solidification(drying,hardeningorcuring) systems;webhandling,unwinding,andwinding. Iam
particularlyfamiliarwithplasticextrusion,havinghadexperiencewith flatdie andprofileextrusion,flat
die extrusionprofilecontrol,single screw andtwinscrew extruders,co-extrusion,castfilmextrusion,
and extrusioncoating. OtherconvertingprocessesIhave experience withinclude slitting,calendaring,

Front End Engineering: Usingthe methodspioneeredbyPMIand AACEI,I believe thatIam particularly

definition,costestimating, andinitial schedule development;developmentof contractingand
procurementplans;andprojectriskidentification. Iam a strong believerin developingprocess

Plant Designand Utilities: My career has centered onthe designandimplementationof manufacturing
