This document outlines a phenomenological study of online sabong (cockfighting) gamblers in the Philippines. It discusses theoretical frameworks of social learning theory and genetic theory. Excessive online gambling participation can lead to addiction, depression, anxiety, debt, and mood disorders. The study aims to understand motivations for joining online sabong, personal experiences, and financial management of gambling capital. It was conducted through qualitative interviews of online sabong gamblers in Barangay Quezon, Tandag City, Philippines.
