Jordan has been a vital component to helping myself to succeed at the management
and construction side of my business. He developed extremely strong management
and commiucation skills during his employment here at Studio 7.
Jordan’s job required him to manage subcontractors in their work site endeavors as
well as informing our clients about the construction processes. When problems did
arise, Jordan led and directed our subcontractors to solutions that would fix the
issues for good. There also were instances when clients wanted changes made to the
construction process; he was a great facilitator between myself as well as my clients
to get changes completed in an effective manner. He has proven himself to be a
phenomenal manager and his ambition will only continue to allow his skills to
improve.
The communication skills Jordan displayed were essential to his success during his
time with the company. His job was made much harder by the language barrier that
sometimes effected communications with subcontractors. But, he was able to use his
knowledge of Spanish to get the issues resolved. Studio 7’s clients are extremely
successful and influencal people that require a high level of professionalism to
enable effective communication. The poise that he displayed with clients in
intimidating circumstances was admirable to say the least. He has a very high level
of proficiency with client relations and retention, allowing my business to continue
to thrive.
The extremely strong problem solving and commutation skills Jordan possesses
allowed him to not only be an effective manager, but a resource for my clients when
their questions arrived. His skills would undoubtedly benefit your organization
