Omni-Commerce
In today’s consumer
world, retailers need
to embrace new
technologies and
services to engage
their always-
on connected
consumers.
With Omni-Commerce, Worldline commits
to match new buying behaviors with rich
channel experiences, providing a brand new
seamless shopping experience through any
channels (Web, Mobile, Physical Store) and
any connected devices before, during and
after the sale. Our robust, flexible, scalable,
private and secure platform integrates then
retailers’ physical and digital sales channels
and offers end-to-end Front-Office to Back-
Office functionality designed to cover all
eBusiness needs. Focusing on customer
insight and improved customer journeys,
retailers have then the ability to leverage their
consumers’ engagement, their loyalty and
create up-selling for their retail activities.
Wallet
Already #1 tool of e/m-
payment in various
European countries,
the Wallet is a
universal way to pay
on the internet and
in-store for a wide
range of populations.
Expertise around various
partnerships, Paylib, Masterpass™, Buyster and
mobile contactless payments are revealed.
Digital Retail
Strong of their joint
capabilities, the Atos/
Worldline-Samsung
partnership is
uniquely positioned to
help adopting digital
in-store enabling you
to directly engage
with your connected
consumers and provide
them a unique, powerful shopping/brand
experience while boosting your in-store
revenues. Our Digital Retail solutions are
craft to offer a seamless one-stop shopping
experience covering the entire Digital Retail
value chain: Mobility, Payment, Loyalty and
Omni-Commerce including Digital Signage in
shop which is the new impactful interactive
marketing solution. It provides consumers
a new, exciting interactive experience:
technology such as touch screens and magic
mirrors, are being used to allow customers to
interact with the product, the brand, with other
customers and their friends.
Sips – Cross-channel
payment solution
Sips is Europe’s leading
cross-channel payment
gateway: it allows
merchants to accept
all payment means
(cards, wallets, bank
transfer, private cards…)
from any devices (web,
mobile, face-to-face…).
Sips serves 45,000+ merchants of all sizes and
of all business segments. Worldline performs
payment transactions for SNCF, CDiscount,
Vodafone, Cineworld, Avis, British and French
governments…
Consumer Cloud
Established operators are
managing massive
volumes of consumer
accounts – and this is
the key. Consumers
desire simplicity
and safety to store,
publish, consult or
and share their digital
content..
Worldline has implemented for operators a
cloud service where people can communicate
and store their personal digital content:
Accessing, backing up or synchronizing
from apps on all devices and sharing across
other cloud services. Such service will allow
operators to retain the value of their customer
base, ease upselling and prevent churn. This is
a key for the operator when facing completion
with OTT players or low cost operators.
Worldline is your business and technology
partner to build and manage your own cloud
proposition.
Connected Vehicles
Thanks to its capacity for
worldwide deployment
in the Cloud and pay-
per-use, Worldline has
been able to make
Connected Vehicle a
reality, drawing on its
expertise in the field of
service platforms,
contextual mobility, M2M
and Connected living & Vehicle, e-commerce
and payment.

the same secured access to a Connected Object, through our platform Worldline Connected
Living, delivered in a SaaS model.

complexity, lowers costs of operations and allows future-proofs investment, growing with your
business.

profitable business.
Worldline was the first actor to already implement Worldline Connecting Living for Renault R-Link
with an Internet Of Cars system with a Mass Market Automotive eStore and the introduction of
in-car payment, for Michelin solutions an Internet of Commercial Vehicles with an innovative
offering in Trucks and for Internet of Home with new set of services that will bring new
experience for end-users.
Worldline has proven experience, replicated in different vertical business in several markets,

TheMobileExperienceliveinBarcelonaPasseigdeGrâcia
Worldline has prepared in Geox store three mobile experiences that will change the whole
shopping experience of the customer. The first experience happens at the door entrance, when
the user does check-in in the store by approaching the smartphone to the NFC tag. By doing
that, he will get a welcome message, customized promotions and the possibility to connect to
the store’s Wi-Fi.
Once inside the store, the customer will have the chance to start the second experience called
Tap&Pay, which uses again NFC Technology. In this case, the customer can select different shoes
and compare them (colours, sizes, composition, etc.). After comparing and choosing which shoes
to buy, the customer can buy and pay it through the application. He gets then a QR code, which
will work as a certificate of purchase to get the item he has bought, in the store.
Finally, the customer will be able to interact with the products of the store in a last experience,
called Scan&Buy. Scan&Buy uses image recognition to get extended information about the
product components, available colours and sizes, etc. In this case, the customer will scan an item
with the Smartphone camera and it will recognize which product it is and display its product
card. After choosing the desired item, the customer will have the possibility to buy it through the
app and have the product delivered directly at home.
Those three experiences will allow the store to get to know better its customers and thus offer
them an easier, more convenient and personalized shopping experience.
Renault R-Link
Worldline implemented an e-store for Renault
and introduced an in-car payment system. The
system’s ergonomics and features have been
designed to make Renault R-Link the most
secure system on the market for the driver
and for the vehicle.
Do you want to see R-link
and test it in real?
Worldline and Renault are pleased to
invite you to test R-link at the Mobile World
Congress. We will have a Renault car just for
you to try it!
Come and visit us on our booth!
