13. Click : People & permissions

14. Click : Add People, remove,
people’s permissions

15. Click : Add another company to
this project

16. Enter a new company name

17. Click : Create and add
company

18. You have now added a
company to your project

19. Click : Add a new person to
your invited company

20. Fill in the following fields, the
rest is optional

21. Click : Add this person

22. You have successfully added this
person to your invited company

23. Click on messages

24. Click : Post the first messages

25. Fill in with project details

26. You can attach files, just click ,
Browse…

27. Choose what file you want to
attach

29. Your message is now save to
your project

30. Click : To-do’s

31. Click : create the first to-do list

32. Enter : a list name , and list
description (optional)

33. Click : Create this list

34. Click : Add an Item

35. Enter the details

37. Keep on repeating until you
have entered all the items

38. Click : Milestones

39. Click : Add the first Milestone

40. Enter the details

41. Click : Create this Milestone

42. Click : Writeboards

43. Click : Create the first
writeboard

44. Enter details

45. Click : Create a new writeboard

46. Click : Go back to your project

47. You have successfully made
