AND DEVELOPMENT ON
EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE
Training and development for the employee can be in
the form of professional trainings, where the
employee is given trainings on the major happenings
in the industry. This is very important because in most
industries, many changes keep happening all the time,
with which it is important for professionals to keep in
touch and update themselves.

because it helps the professionals stay ahead of the
