I'm responsible for the whole Rep Office administrative process that involves Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Logistics, and IT with support of their correspondent teams abroad. These activities involve payments, cash management, reporting, taxes and accounting revision. Also I’m responsible for HR processes like payroll, employee benefits management, hire and dismiss personnel as well as Legal obligations like licenses renewals and report filings to the Colombian Regulator. My main achievement was setting up the administrative processes for the creation of the Swiss Re Rep office including filings and approvals to open the Rep Office legal entity.
