September 30, 2010 - Partner Happy Hour and EXPOat Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) 11921 Freedom Drive, Suite 300 Reston, VA 20190 5:30 - 8:30 PM Learn more about the value our partners can provide to your buildings and get to know our partners! This is our second Partner Happy House and EXPO - let’s make this one even more successful than the first one!

6. Communications Team We provide forums for chapter members to share best practices, ask questions and receive valuable information. We create the theme and content for the Capital News, our bi-monthly newsletter and photograph the Capital Chapter events. We are always looking for members, see John if you are interested. 7. Community Service Team Wedevelop relationships with organizations in the local area who could benefit from the assistance of the Capital Chapter. We do this through fundraisers, scholarships and special events to raise awareness and get local facility managers more involved in the community. See Kristen if you are interested in joining us! Team lead: Kristen Parnes, CFM

8. Membership Services Team Wegrow and retain Chapter membership through active member recruitment and participation in programs. We want to grow the membership to strengthen the chapter and enrich the profession and careers of FM professionals. See Sarah or Erin in you want to work with our team. 10. Special Events Team We engage members by creating entertaining networking and celebratory events, such as the annual golf outing and holiday party, while raising funds for the benefit of the chapter. We would love to have you join our team; just see Elizabeth. Team Lead: Elizabeth Naccache

11. Partnership Team We generate sponsorship dollars to make sure the chapter has the resources to present valuable programs, events, education and other important activities for members. We also provide the opportunity for partners to gain valuable exposure for their product or service. We are always happy to welcome new members - see Geoff. Team Lead: Geoff Snavely
