mind is conglomeration of thoughts, which
are manifest and unmanifest
Patanjali gives 5 modification

it is a wave
it is audible (Ahata) or Inaudible (anahata)
quality of akasa ( space)
it is form of energy
it moves as wave. Two aspect of waves are
there
1. amplitude which corresponds to loudness
2. Frequency corresponding to pitch

7. RESONANCE
• Resonance is matching of frequencies with the
natural frequency of the body.

8. mantras
• Every mantra has two dimensions – the exoteric
and the esoteric
• The exoteric is the external, gross aspects as
massaging, relaxing or stimulating, exciting effects
in the physical body; strengthening of the vocal
chords muscles, voice culture and many more. The
esoteric dimension refers to the changes in Prana
and mind intellect (by bringing the meaning) and
the emotions (feelings).

9. • When the mantra is chanted with resonance the
esoteric dimension emerges, pranic flow starts.
Mental waves build up a pattern. Understanding
adds the proper dimension growth and the feeling
aspect brings bliss
