I was (and probably still am) a 'why child': constantly questioning; asking questions of many and seeking diverse views; seeing a lot of grey where others see black or white – sensing that things aren’t clear cut (or aren’t as clear cut as others perceive or project.) As someone who has continually been described as 'pragmatic' and 'purposeful', I have a drive for generating ‘tools’ and believe that there is any number of ways to do a thing. What matters is agreed and aligned successes that are valid and replicable. I have a preference to do things at a pace rather than at speed; it's not about being busy, rather it is about working at pace for alignment.
