C&D Engineering is a company located in Ansung,
Korea that specializes in aluminium gravity casting,
die casting, product design, and analysis from 2010.
Our highly trained and dedicated experts focus on
every step of the production to provide the effective,
high-quality product that clients’ need. Also C&D
Engineering secures the facilities to design, analysis
and produce.
C&D engineering has the optimized small batch
production process for cylinder head that allow us to
produce 10,000 pcs per year.
We actively participate in developing a new material
of aluminium.
For the High Mg Aluminium Alloy ECO AlMgx, it is in
the state of great potential for developing as a
practical use, so that we are enraging the application
area.
2010년 설립된 C&D Engineering은 주조 및 제품설계, 해석
전문기업으로 한국의 안성에 위치하고 있으며, 알루미늄 중력
주조, 제품의 구조해석, 디자인, 주조공정해석을 전문적으로 수
행하는 기업입니다.
중력 사형 및 금형 주조를 전문으로 수행하고 있으며, 제품설계
금형설계 금형제작 제품생산 및 가공에 이르는 전공정을 수행할
수 있는 시설과 인력을 확보하고 있습니다.
특히 실린더헤드의 경우 연산 10,000대를 소화할 수 있어 소량
다품종 생산에 최적화된 프로세스를 보유하고 있습니다.
또한 알루미늄 신소재 개발에도 적극 참여를 진행하고 있으며
High Mg Aluminum Alloy인 ECO AlMgx의 실용화 단계를
앞두고 여러 적용분야를 발굴하고 있습니다.
