Accountable for handling Campus Recruitment, HR Surveys, HR Audit, HR Process
implementation, Training & Development, Employee Engagement and Welfare activity for all 49
manufacturing locations.
HR Interventions:
• Studying the major areas of attrition rate.
• Conducting Stay Interviews for the present candidates.
• Conducting Exit Interviews.
• Analysing the areas of pains of customers and trying to resolve them by preparing action
plan.
• Interviewing candidates on one to one basis.
• Conversant with Performance Review Mechanism for the employee and process for the
plant – productivity, profit and turnover.
• Recruitment & Selection
• Handling Fresh Talent Acquisition for Entire JBM Group on PAN India basis covering all
manufacturing units & Joint Ventures
• Screening of applicants as per the requirements in organization
• End-to-end hiring and complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from
diverse sources both external & internal.
• Scheduling and arranging interviews, joining formalities of trainees, monitoring
performance & final deployment.
• Handling Preliminary rounds of HR interview in order to assess the candidate’s suitability
and salary negotiation.
• Manpower planning.
• End to End Recruitment & Hiring.
• Joining Formalities of employees.
• Thorough induction and orientation activities.
• Designing & administrating the T&D programs.
• HR Audit.
• Group level MIS & HR Review.
 Co-ordination for OD interventions.
 Organization health diagnosis through ESS (Employee
Satisfaction survey), suggestion scheme (Kaizen), and
employee engagement programs (week celebrations,
competitions) etc.
 Preparing modules & delivering training as a trainer on
behavioral as well as technical topics.
 Designing R&R Schemes.
• Offer negotiations with the selected candidates which involves salary negotiations,
conducting psychometric tests of the perspective candidates, counseling them on compensation

• Joining formalities and preparation of induction plan.
Induction & on boarding
• Monthly induction/orientation plan for fresher.
• Weekly induction/orientation schedule for new joiner.
• Trainees quarter review & department allocation.
• Conducting the Induction/Orientation program for smooth transition of new entrants.
• Preparing the welcome note and circulate to all concerned and introduce the new
entrants to all employees.
HR process Audit
• Involved in systematic review of HR-related policies, procedures and practices
• Identifying strengths or practices that are efficient, effective and worth retaining and
improving
• Identifying gaps or problem areas that require elimination or attention
• Determining if the HR-related systems are in alignment and calibrated with the overall
business strategy and direction
• Identifying the critical information, foundation and input required to develop the HR
Strategy or Plan to support the business strategy; and
• Understanding whether the organization is at risk due to non-compliance with relevant
workplace legislation
Employee Training & Development
• Training Needs Identification - Identifying the training needs across levels through
mapping of skills required for particular positions, analyzing existing level of
competencies of individuals and identifying the gaps in skills
• Implementing Training & Development Initiatives for updating skill, improved
productivity, building capability and quality enhancement of the new recruits and old
employees
• Preparation of Training Calendar & releasing the same
• Post Training Feedback Analysis
• Measurement of Training Effectiveness
