My goal in the home buying process is to help “YOU” achieve your objectives. Your
objectives are what the buying process is all about! I’ll educate you about the entire
buying process and ensure each task and corresponding deadline is successfully met.
I’ll introduce you to a mortgage lender that can identify the best mortgage that fits your
specific needs. The lender will educate you on the lending process, pre approve you,
and provide you with an estimate of the costs associated with your loan. The pre-
approval identifies the price range of a home that you can afford based on your financial
situation, and proves to a Seller that you are a serious Buyer. The estimate of costs
identifies the amount of money you have to have on hand to pay for the loan.
I will set you up with an auto email search on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) based
on your requirements. The email you receive from the MLS provides a link to a Portal of
newly active properties that you can view, prioritize and search properties at your
convenience. I will also schedule and be there for every showing.
I will always communicate with you in a timely fashion via Email, Text or returning a
Phone Call. I will be available 8am - 8pm week days and weekends.
I will provide a walk-through and oversee all contracts and disclosures though an
Internet based solution that allows you to review and sign these documents
electronically. The walk-through will identify your contractual responsibilities as well as
the Sellers. I will also be responsible for all paperwork associated with your transaction
and ensure it is filed electronically in a secure location.
I will promote and protect your best interests above the other parties in the transaction.
I’ll seek a price and terms that is acceptable to you, and consult with you any benefits or
risks that I may know of.
