How to Say “No” in Interview
 Rather than saying, “No, I don’t have those skill sets,”
you can say: “Those are skill sets that I have been
meaning to learn.” Be prepared to talk about those skill
sets which you lack.
 You might say, “While I don’t have direct experience in
this area, I did have a chance to cover for a co-worker
who handled that area, and this is something would like
to learn how to do well.”
