To Whom It May Concern,
It is an absolute privilege to describe the attributes and qualities that Kailah Ramsey embodies as a teacher
and colleague. I have had the opportunity to work with her for the few years as a member of our biology team. She
is always willing to go above and beyond when a colleague needs assistance. She is loyal and genuine in her
assistance with a smile on her face, even when she doesn't necessarily have the time to spare. When a student is
struggling, she is a resource provider and mentor, guiding the students to be lifelong learners. She places the
students' needs first and treats all students needing help as her own. She gives one hundred percent in all she does.
Kailah is adept in finding resources and openly sharing. She is always willing to try new tactics, working to
improve the craft of teaching. She has gathered many different techniques throughout her teaching career and
adapted them to her classroom needs. When we are building on an idea together, she values everyone's input and yet
is confident enough to contribute her own ideas. We often collaborate in the hallway informally sharing ideas to
improve on the next class period as we trouble shoot new implementations. We have become a cohesive team that
has significantly raised the bar on our campus in terms of what we can accomplish. We are truly a PLC together and
her presence is a major part. She is a collaborator, idea synthesizer, and a truly hard working colleague.
Kailah will be missed by our team, but I am entirely confident that she will be a great addition to your
team. She is a wonderful teacher and colleague and implore you to consider her for the position.
Sincerely,
Stacy Steele
