20. Professor Jewett has devised a plan of facilitating the publication of catalogues of libraries,
which bids fair to be of much importance to the literature of the country. This plan has been
submitted for examination to a commission of gentlemen well acquainted with the subject, and
has received from them a very favorable report recommending its adoption.

30. I am thrilled with what I have been able to find
re: archaic mammary embryology some of
which I had been hoping to find at the National
Library of Medicine, and to get it through your
program was a huge advantage. Last night I
believe I requested and received 11 PDFs, all
of which are essential to a review paper* I am
completing.

importance of the
Institution is not to
be estimated by
what it accumulates
within the walls of its
building, but by what
it sends forth to the
world.
