The document defines active and passive voice and their key differences. Active voice has the subject performing the action, while passive voice emphasizes the action and object rather than the subject. Transitive verbs have an object to receive the action, while intransitive verbs do not. The document then provides rules for changing sentences from active to passive voice for different tenses and structures. It explains how to transform sentences with objects, phrasal verbs, questions words, and other elements.
