1. Carson and Caroline are siblings. They live in Washington
DC. This city is the capital of the United States.
They work at night. Carson is an ER doctor and Caroline
is an air traffic controller. They sleep in the morning and
they work out in the afternoon.
Carson and Caroline are Mexicans. They can speak two
languages: Spanish and English. Spanish is the official
language in Mexico; English is the official language in the
United States. Carson can play the drums very well.
Caroline can play the clarinet; therefore, they are
members of the symphony band in Washington DC.
They visit their relatives on vacation. They go to the
beach because they like to eat seafood.
They live in an apartment because they can’t buy a house.
Houses are very expensive. But they will buy a car in three
weeks.
They want to look for another job because they want to
work in another place; they get very tired at night.
