 Presently in Sourcing - Responsible for PO creation (Requisition to PO), Order
Confirmations, Supplier Follow ups for Order Confirmations and Invoices.
 IR and GR posting, Working on PTS for Supplier Payments
 Expediting on the orders for quick delivery
 Previously was working with EDI – Uploading invoices & other documents on Customer
portal.
 Follow up with the customers in case of any discrepancies in uploading the documents.
 Responsible for Credit & Debit Invoices.
II. EXIM COORDINATOR: Ranco Impex, Coimbatore (Mar 2012 – Apr 2014)
Job Profile (EXIM & Purchase):-
 Taking care of full Export & Import documentation (Pre shipment and Post shipment)
process (Middle East, East Africa, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Seychelles).
 Raising Purchase Orders, Sale Orders and GRN.
 Follow up with the Suppliers for Fabric, Tags and Embroidery.
