· Planning manpower requirements for Pantaloon stores & factory outlets 
· Conducting screening of talent from internal & external sources 
· Recruiting candidates for entry level positions and conducting primary rounds of interview for managerial cadre

· Liaising with labour bodies and dealing with labour issues 
· Generating MIS reports for exit interviews every month; ensuring that full and final settlement (including PF) is 
accurately imparted to the former employees 
· Coordinating to get basic amenities for the new employee like Email ID, ID Card, Business Card, CUG, etc.
